Yoshiaki Kita
Representative Director and CEO
Yoshiaki Kita is Founder, Chairman and President of Sharaku Corporation. Mr. Kita is Sharaku's primary decision maker and policy maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture, and formulating and executing its long-term strategies.
Prior to founding Sharaku, he was Head of UBS Investment Banking's Financial Institutions Group, advising Japan's major banks, financial institutions and large corporations in M&A, financing and restructuring.
He began his career at Sanwa Bank (currently Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank) and worked primarily in Corporate Planning. He holds a degree from Keio University and is member of the Japanese Association of Turnaround Professionals.
