Sherpas are renowned for their hardiness, expertise, and experience at high altitudes, and are invaluable to mountain climbers, serving as guides and porters at the extreme altitudes of the peaks and passes in the Himalayas.
Sherpa also refers to the personal representative of a head of state of government who prepares an international summit, particularly the annual G8 Summit.
We believe that there is a growing need for Management Sherpas in Japan, and we aim to be at the forefront to help executives managers achieve their goals.
